Colleen Stanley - President
Colleen Stanley was raised in Florida and dedicated her professional career to the electric utility industry. She retired as the Director of Administration for an electric cooperative in Tallahassee, FL.
Colleen graduated from the University of Florida with a BS degree in Business Administration. After retiring, she and her husband, Jon, relocated to Dothan, AL. There, they became active members of a local church, where Colleen took on various staff and volunteer roles.
Jon Stanley - Vice President
Jon Stanley was born and raised in Florida, where he devoted many years to law enforcement, finding deep satisfaction in serving various communities across the state.
Now retired, Jon remains actively involved in his local church alongside his wife, Colleen. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Mike McKenny - Asst Vice President
Mike McKenny is a retired Army aviator with 30 years of military service, specializing in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing operations. His career involved extensive international travel, with significant time spent in Europe, Asia, and Central America.
Since 2011, Mike has been a dedicated supporter of Karen Refugees. He and his wife reside in Dothan, Alabama, where they are both actively involved in their church and local community.
Wes Stanley - Production Manager
Wes Stanley is the son of Jon and Colleen Stanley. Raised in Florida, he moved to South Alabama in 2002 after graduating from the Aircraft Maintenance program at Lively Technical College in Tallahassee, FL. Wes earned his Airframe and Powerplant license and began his career as an Aircraft Mechanic at Fort Novosel, AL. He has since accumulated 23 years of experience as a maintenance contractor.
Beyond his professional life, Wes has been actively involved in various ministries. Together with his wife, he continues to serve and contribute to his community.
